I have found that real estate cases are unique to themselves. A seller's perspective differs from that of a purchaser. A purchaser has different concerns than those of a seller. Purchase issues differ from lease issues. Cases involving purchase options or leases with an option to purchase are like no other transaction. Sales and purchases through a realtor or "by owner" are each different. A purchase of a "built to order house", a completed "new construction house", or an "existing house" of some age respectively present different issues and concerns.

Issues of ownership and clear title also arise in real estate cases. Methods and procedure to address and protect the parties against title and ownership issues exist.
The law that governs real estate is well established. The procedure is well defined. Methods to protect individuals in real estate matters are available.
